When I was preparing to get married last summer, my mom told me that I should take care of a few things before the actual ceremony. She told me that I ought to stock up on things like stamps so that after I returned from my honeymoon, that I could send out thank you cards promptly. I bought some beautiful cards with envelopes to match, and I kept them in my desk until I got back. I wrote each of them out and sent them off in the mail within a week of my return home. I’m glad that I planned ahead for this!
