My best friend called me the other day, like he does once a week. As we were talking, I could tell that he wanted to ask me something. Finally he came out with it, and asked if I knew where to get a title loan in Phoenix. I asked him why, and he said that he had met this girl, but then had lost her number. He knew that she did title loans, and was wanting to “accidentally” bump into her where she worked.
