My sister saw a car on a lot on her way home from work that she thought she might want to go look at.  She needs a new car but I suggested that she find some reviews on the dealership before she even goes.  We were able to find a few review sites on the internet on Car Dealers in our area and the one where that car was looked like it got exceptional ratings among customers who shopped there.  That made her more comfortable about stopping to look at the new car.  She said she was going to go next week.
