The price of gas is skyrocketing out of control. Some say that the $10 a gallon mark is just a matter of time away. Even the $15 gallon is being mentioned! Can you afford that? Most of us can’t. Is there an alternative to gas burning cars? Of course there is! One of the alternatives currently being looked at is solar powered vehicles. As the name suggests, solar powered vehiscles are powered by the sun. Well, not directly. The sun, through solar panels, produces electricity. This is what powers the car. At this point in time Solar Powered Vehicles are not very efficient, but given time, who knows!
