For the last several years I have worked in the field of recruiting. It has been a very educational and profitable field but now I am ready to make a change. I would really love to get into sales but I am not sure how to go about making that kind of career change. Because I have recruited in many areas of the sales industry I have made a lot of contacts that may be helpful in making a job field change. For me I just feel that if I wait until I am much older it will only be harder to change fields and employers may not be interested.
