The more significant Executor of estate duties  are to:

Take possession and maintain control of fiduciary assets;
Keep fiduciary assets separate and distinct from all other assets;
Maintain clear and accurate accounts and records;
Provide information to beneficiaries in a timely manner;
Exercise the same care and skill in administering the trust, as a person of ordinary prudence would exercise in dealing with his or her own property. This is generally referred to as the “prudent man” or “prudent investor” rule (states have adopted versions of one rule or the other)
Administer the trust solely in the interest of the beneficiary, which is referred to as the duty of loyalty.
This duty prevents the fiduciary from putting itself in a position where their personal interests conflict with those of the trust that it is representing.

If you are eligible to claim any IRS deductions, you should do so. If you do not, then you are losing out, not the IRS. By not claiming any tax deductions, it does not mean that you are on the IRS’ good book of taxpayers helping the country.

The IRS will not favor your tax return just because you let them keep your money even when you should claim it.

If it is time to audit you, then the IRS will not look back to see if you have been a good taxpayer all along and overlook anything you do in the future.

The IRS wants all taxpayers to file their tax returns correctly so of course the IRS offers tax filing help. You can call the IRS almost all year round with any questions but if you want the IRS to actually help you prepare your tax return then they will do that too.

You can also start your own tax return and then leave some things blank for the IRS to fill in the gaps for you. However, if there is a question whether you should claim something or not, the IRS will not decide anything in your favor.

You are responsible to bring your situations in front of the IRS. The IRS will play fair but it won’t go out of the way to save you money.

Appointing a personal representative to administer probate assets is a wise decision however, who can act as a personal representative. With Florida probate law, the personal representative can be an individual, bank or a trust company. For an individual to act as a representative they must be legal residents of the state of Florida. Persons like a spouse, sibling, parent, child or another relative of the decedent can act as a personal representative. A person who is not a legal resident and is not closely related to the decedent cannot act as a representative. If a trust company is incorporated under Florida laws or banking or lending agency is licensed to extend fiduciary lending in the state of Florida, it can also act as a personal representative.

There are many ways to advertise on the Internet today, You can create your own website and do some marketing physically in order to get people to visit it or you could use other websites and pay the site administrators for each cost per click advertising. This is independent and can take some time in order to get your ads out there. You can also employ some of the bigger search engines and ad companies to plug your buttons all around the Internet and just pay them a certain fee for every person that responds to the advertisement but this can get expensive.

My Wife and I did not have very much money early in our marriage.  We had many student loans, and I still did not know what to do for a career.  I had my degree in Chemistry, hoping to become great at pharmaceutical sales.  Once I was out of school I found that I really needed to have something more specialized.  I began to look at going to a physician assistant university.  We knew it would really add to our student loans, but in the end, it would pay off very well.  We decided this to be the best financial decision, and I am now in this degree of study.

I am curious as to what exactly is on a police records check. I have heard of course of a credit check or an employment check but what else goes into a police record? Does this list everything criminal or does it do a full background check? How will I get information on doctors and their licenses? What about if they have any previous malpractice suits? Will one search tell me everything I need to know? Or to do a complete background search on someone do I need to file with a bunch of different agencies before I can get the big picture?

Here is a question I have been pondering as of late. Should you be able to run a reverse lookup on cell phone numbers? First of all let me say that I do not even know if it is technically possible, so I am not coming from that point of view. The reason I do ask the question kind of comes out of the uproar regarding cell phone numbers being released to telemarketers. Believe me I loath telemarketers as much you do, but I found it interesting how passionate individuals became when it came to cell phone numbers. I wonder if this passion carries over to finding out the identity of a cell phone owner by looking up the phone number.
