Give yourself regular small rewards for achieving weekly goals when you exercise and lose weight. Earning several small rewards is typically more motivating than earning one big reward which might require more effort.  This helps you to reach you goals, at first your rewards might be ice cream or a sugary treat.  However you will soon realize that you wont always go for those types of treats.  Doing a Flat Tummy Exercise then looking for a treat may make you think twice about what you eat.  If you watch what you eat, then your efforts in losing weight will be much easier to do.
