Often anxiety, a mental health crises is caused by problems like fears of the unknown and the like. It may be that there’s another assailant or some other danger lurking just around the corner. It’s important that you stay alert and keep a constant check on your surroundings and see and look out to analyze what it is that makes you nervous and anxious. Because the mental health system can only be on or off we don’t need to control all the symptoms of anxiety at once. In fact we can’t - that would be impossible.This being so, there is a lot to be said for self-help groups like psychotherapists. These offer an amazingly effective therapeutic support systems for sufferers, free of cost.
