There is a lot to be said about being on a good diet.  It is not always just about losing the weight but it is about re-learning good eating habits and changing your whole lifestyle.  When you are on the medifast diet, you get the weight loss, you get the energy gain and. most importantly, you do get the benefit of learning how to eat in order to maintain your weight when you got to your goal.  I can honestly say that this diet has given me a lot of good lessons and they will be lessons I will be able to use the rest of my life.
