It was a rather unlikely place to expect good advice from. But surprisingly, I got the most useful information on the best universal remotes from them. Not only that, they even demonstrated for me the differences between each universal remote that was being sold, and highlighted to me the pros and cons of choosing each one. I was impressed that although I had yet to make a purchase, they were willing to guide me through the entire process.When I finally did make my choice and bought the remote, I made sure to thank them for all their help and also provided good feedback in the Customer Review form that they requested I fill in before I leave their store.If you are looking for a good place to get advice and assistance on purchasing a good universal remote control, I’d highly recommend their shop to you.
