I have just the right idea for my new basement. I am going to look into hiring basement waterproofing contractors to make my basement as leak proof as possible. Right now I have no problems with anything but why wait until they happen? I will come up with the money somehow so I can have a dry basement for a long time. I just need to get online and review the customer comments on the ones I may want to hire. I am not going to hire the first one I see walk in the door. I need to make sure they are good.
