The Whitehouse embodies the government of United States. It is the current home of the first family and a location where cabinet meetings and special congregations happens.

The American government is comprised of different branches such as executive, judicial and legislative branch. Taking the definition from the Whitehouse website, “the power of the executive branch is bestowed in the President, who also serves as Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces while the judicial branch hears cases that challenge or require interpretation of the legislation passed by Congress and signed by the President.” Meanwhile, the legislative department of the federal government consists of the Congress, which is divided into two (2) chambers — the Senate and the House of Representatives.
