The best thing in life is a happy dog. I think it was Gene Hill who said “Whoever said you can’t buy happiness forgot little puppies”. Dogs are amazing creatures. They are almost always happy, loyal to a fault, and love unconditionally. I think it’s for all these reasons that I work at the animal shelter. There are a lot of other things I could be doing, things that would make me more money, but there’s something to be said for doing a job you love. And I love rescuing dogs, and seeing them go to good families who will love the and treat them good.
