One of the most challenging things that a new dog owner faces is to how to train their dogs.  The most crucial time for a new dog owner and their puppy is that dreaded dog housebreaking challenge.  Puppy training at the begining puppy stages is very important for the pet, and it is even more important for the dog owner.  This is the time when the new puppy has to understand that there is some rules that he would need to abide by.  Dogs need an alpha, or otherwise they will become confused and would wonder who the alpha is.  In many instances if there is not an alpha, they will be it. One of the easiest ways I have found to housebreak a puppy is by taking the puppy out and if he does not do his "stuff" outside, crate him once he gets back into the house for 20 minutes, and take him out again.  Repeat this cycle as necessary.  Most dogs will not do his "stuff" inside the cage, but some will, and that adds to the challenge of housebreaking your dog.
