When you go about improving your credit score you have a few options.
You can order a copy of your credit report yourself (you can get one for free every year) and review it for two things.
Errors in youur credit report. Statistics show that 70% of all credit reports contain errors which detrimentally effect the credit score. Review your report for mistakes. If you find any you can get that item removed from your report. Watch for patterns which detrimentally effect your report. Things like not paying your bills on time or having a poor debt to credit ratio. If you see something which is causing your score to go down work to change that habit.
