The first thing that I do whenever I am looking for public records is to try a search on Google for the person individually. If I am unable to find information, I narrow down the search by either putting quotes around their name or adding some identifying information next, such as a zip code or name of the town. For looking up Minnesota public records on the Internet, you can go directly to a background search website and have them go through a few databases. The reason why I do this is because it makes it a very convenient thing and saves me some time.
