Daily to dat life starting with my sports supplements
Who would have thought you could find benefit from taking sports supplements on a camping holiday, not me for sure, When food preparation can be really inconvenient, especially about midday when you have just finished cleaning from the morning, I found an MRP drink really useful. The real added bonus from this was a boost in protein and some slow release carbs to keep me going until evening. I also took some energy bars in case I needed a quick fix, especially if we were out for a long walk with the kids.
