Once I went on a family vacation to Belize. We ended up finding a few good belize vacation packages online and got a great deal on a resort in Caye Caulker, an island off the coast of Belize that is still part of the country. I had been there before on a missions trip, but I only got to experience two days of it because we were serving others the rest of the week. Caye Caulker is beautiful and while we were there we were able to go scuba diving in clear water, eat great island food, and enjoy beautiful beaches. It was truly a vacation I will never forget.
